Coordinate measuring machine

A coordinate measuring machine is used to measure a pressed sheet metal part and check if it meets the customer's specified requirements. The measurement process utilizes CNC control  programmed by the operator. The probe detects the positions of edges, surfaces and holes. This is done with very high precision, down to 0.005 mm.
