Peter Thomsen is responsible for the tool manufacturing department. He has extensive experience in tool manufacturing and, after a few years as a chainsaw chain developer at Husqvarna, he joined our team. Together with the designers and production staff, they manufacture all types of tools. In the video further down the page, Peter explains our strengths and what we can offer.
The components forming the tool are produced with great precision. Even the smallest detail is handled with great care, as it can impact the final outcome for the customer.
Due to increasing demands and customer preferences, continuous modernization of the machinery is required. There's a strong emphasis on profitability and sound financials to enable investments.
Measurements are conducted continuously and can be challenging as the tools can extend up to seven meters in length. Different components are manufactured to be assembled and form various 'stations' on the tool. Each step in the process must be correct before the material is moved to the next step.
