We make your tool - from construction to production
Tools for manufacturing products have existed since the industrial revolution began in the 1700s. The demands for both precision and functionality are very high, and the department manufactures a wide variety of tools. Below, the different solutions we can offer are described.
Construction
Our design team has extensive experience in tool manufacturing from the ground up. They are efficient and innovative with a strong customer focus. We work from 2D or 3D designs and construct the tools to meet customers' requirements and specifications.
Progressive tools
We build progressive tools for both small and large details, simple or highly complex. Working with material utilization and multi-stage setups for maximum efficiency and profitability in your production is a natural focus for us. We have extensive experience in integrating additional units for threading, nuts, screws, and rivets into the tools.
Transfer tools
Large complex transfer tools are our specialty. A tool can be very large with multiple stations, up to approximately 4000x2500 mm, weighing 25 tons. By building the tools in modules, we can handle the required size. In this process, we also design grippers for your specific press. This allows us to optimize future manufacturing already in the design stage.
Prototypes
We have the capability to manufacture your prototypes or pre-series details. Depending on requirements and batch size, we tailor the tools and can use our hydraulic presses for production. In addition to this, we can laser-cut, machine, and weld the details according to your preferences. We also have a 3D printer for various plastic materials.
Fixtures
We can also provide fixtures tailored to your needs. We manufacture welding, machining, and measuring fixtures according to your requirements and specifications.
