About cable ladders
The cable ladders are available in several designs and for different environments, they are three or six meters long and the different types are described below.
MP-S
A "light ladder" is manufactured in sendzimir galvanized (20 µm) steel sheet and is suitable for environmental class C2. This cable ladder is 3 or 6 m long and meets the EL AMA requirements for heavy cable ladder. The perforated side allows the assembly of branches, angle brackets, etc. In addition, the shape of the profile allows cables up to 19 mm in diameter to use over 98% of the width of the ladder.
MP-LS
Our LS ladder is essentially the same type as an S, but it has thinner material. The weight is 30% lower, which provides advantages both during installation and for the environment. An 'LS ladder' is manufactured in sendzimir galvanized (20 µm) steel sheet and is suitable for environmental class C2. This cable ladder is 3 or 6 meters long. The perforated side allows for the installation of branches, angle brackets, etc. Furthermore, the profile shape allows cables up to 19 mm in diameter to utilize over 98% of the ladder's width.
MP-TS
ndustri ladders are 6 m long with a thicker plate than the S models and they provide a higher load capacity. These cable ladders are suitable in larger premises, e.g. industrial and warehouse halls. MP-TS is manufactured in galvanized sheet metal (20 µm) and is usable in environmental class C2. MP-Z4, MP-PZ4 in our material which we call Z4, and MP-Z, MP-PZ hot-dip galvanized (60 µm) are usable in environmental class max C4. The MP-PZ and MP-PZ4 have perforated pins – pins two and four at each end are closed. Other ladders only have closed rungs. Meets EL AMA requirements for heavy cable ladder. MP-FZ
An extra reinforced cable ladder for really tough environments, such as heavy process industry. Also used for long bracket distances - up to 8 m. The ladder is 6 m long, made of hot-dip galvanized sheet (60 µm) and used in environmental class max C4. Meets El-AMA requirements for reinforced heavy cable ladder. The construction of the ladder allows the use of cables over the entire width up to 40 mm cable diameter.
Stainless/acid-resistant
We have a complete range of stainless and acid-resistant cable ladders with accessories for road tunnels, treatment plants, process industries, etc. All meet EL AMA's requirements for heavy cable ladders. They are available in two versions, both as a tube ladder and with an open side profile - the so-called C-profile. The ladders are 6 m long and are used in environmental class maximum C5-I and C5-M respectively.
Stainless/acid-resistant reinforced design
If you need a ladder with the possibility of long console distances, you use a reinforced ladder.
We have a complete range of stainless and acid-resistant, reinforced cable ladders with accessories. Both meet EL-AMA requirements for reinforced heavy cable ladder. The ladders are 6 m long and are used in environmental class maximum C5-I and C5-M respectively.
