About wire mesh trays

The wire mesh trays also share many accessories with, for example, cable ladders, for easier storage. We also have wire mesh trays with a higher side, as this proved necessary for installations in modern data centers and the like.

The wire mesh trays are 2.5 meters long and are offered in widths of 55-600 mm. Available in electro-galvanized, hot-dip galvanized, Z4 and acid-resistant design. They can also be painted and if a specific color is desired, you can contact our support department.

Wire mesh tray, 58 mm height

Wire ladder in 58 mm height is the most common type. This is available in widths from 55 mm - 600 mm and the length is 2.5 m. The wires vary in thickness depending on the width and there is also a light version with thinner wires intended for lighter loads. Assembly can take place in environmental class C1 and all the way up to C5-M. As for the Z4 variant, it may feel a little sooty at the welding points, this is completely normal and will disappear when it is exposed to humidity.

Wire mesh tray, 108 mm height

Wire ladder with 108 mm high edge is often used in server halls or where you need a lot of space for cables. This model is 2.5 m long and is available for environmental classes C1 to C5-M. The same accessories and joints are used as the lower variant. The load-bearing capacity is higher and when splicing, a universal washer must be mounted at the bottom to achieve full strength.

Wire mesh trays, roof mount

This model is perfect for, for example, ROOT work when some cables are to be installed in a ceiling. Low construction height and easy to put in the cables thanks to the open side. Fits environmental class C1 and is quickly mounted with a universal washer to the ceiling, preferably with an MP concrete screw.

Flexible wire mesh tray

In machine installations where cables must follow an irregular surface, the flex wire steps can be used. Cut, bend or shape and fasten with a 5mm screw. You can also use this wire ladder as a hanger in all shapes.
