Get to know us – Thomas Thålin

– I've always driven a forklift. I have had one employer before and there I also drove a forklift, says Thomas.

When you are going to load a truck it's important to know what goes where. When an order arrives, Thomas and his colleagues check the composition of the order and book how many square meters it takes. Is this a Tetris champion we're dealing with?

– Maybe. No, but it's a little puzzle sometimes, that it is, he says.

On the question of what he likes to lift: small and light or big and heavy, the answer is a given: big and heavy.

Thomas doesn't work all the time, sometimes we let him go home and have some free time. He spends a lot of time at home, from renovations of the house to fixing in the garden. He also spends a lot of time in the woods. Thomas likes to work with his hands.

Thomas has been with MP bolagen through an eventful time.

– It is a cool journey that has been made in recent years. We've grown somewhat tremendously. But what defines us is that we are quick from order to manufacture and then forward with the products to the customer, he says.

Thomas’s image of MP bolagen when he applied to us 12 years ago was that we are a good employer and that has not changed over the years.

– It is a very secure and stable company. We are a good group where everyone is on the same level, no matter what role you have. Everyone contributes in their own way, Thomas concludes.
