Vacation work and summer job
We are looking for someone who:
- are curious and wants to learn more about industry and production.
- enjoys hands-on work and has a technical interest.
- are responsible and can work in a team.
- are detail-oriented and quality-conscious.
In our production, there are several different types of tasks, some examples include:
- work at our powder coating line. Attaching and detaching details to be coated, as well as inspection and packaging.
- operate and monitor various types of machines, such as cutting machines, welding robots.
- assembly and packing of various products.
- warehouse work: picking, packing, and completing various items to be shipped to customers.
When you submit your application, we want to know a bit more about who you are in a personal letter and your CV. It is advantageous if you are studying at a technical college.
We also want to know which weeks you are available for work.

The deadline for applications for summer 2026 is 15 March, but you can also apply for holiday jobs during other school holidays.

Torbjörn Hägg has been a loyal employee of MP bolagen since 1998, and his position is of great importance to the company as he holds the role, Head of Finance and HR. For Torbjörn, the main advantage of working at MP bolagen is that the company is a safe, stable and long-term employer that also takes a significant social responsibility in Vetlanda municipality.
In his free time, Torbjörn enjoys life, especially when it comes to good food and drink. He has a passionate interest in football and follows his favorite team, Arsenal with great devotion. When it comes to travel, Edinburgh, Scotland is a place that Torbjörn likes to visit. Musically, he currently has a favorite song Enter Sandman by Metallica.
But one of the most personal things for Torbjörn is his whiskey glas, which reflects his strong interest in exploring the world of whiskey. He is also chairman of the local whiskey club, which shows his commitment and passion for this enjoyable hobby.
