Team leader for warehouse and packaging

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining order in the department, managing staff, and actively participating in our improvement efforts. The team consists of approximately 10 people who together are responsible for deliveries to customers. It is important that you are a team player who enjoys collaborating and motivating your team to achieve common goals.

MP bolagen manufactures, sells, and markets cable laying products. Sales are primarily in the Nordic region, and the turnover is over 500 million SEK per year. Manufacturing takes place in Ekenässjön.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who can lead the daily operations of the warehouse and packaging department. You will be responsible for ensuring that quality control, labeling, and product counts are carried out correctly. In your team, you will work together to package products according to packing instructions, participate in inventory and improvement work. You will coach and develop the team and contribute to an efficient and collaborative work environment. You will also be part of the operational work in the department.
