Machine operator
The machine operators is responsible for the manufacturing process, machine handling, and quality control to ensure that the products meet our and our customers' requirements.
Warehouse / Logistics
Warehouse and dispatch involve various tasks. Several are dedicated forklift drivers who load goods onto trucks. The warehouse staff responsible for packing are experienced operators of the pick trucks used daily. We also have administrative functions handling planning, booking vehicles, and calculating space.
Inside sales/customer support
At our customer support, there are two different but interconnected parts. Firstly, there's the pure order reception where orders are received and logged via phone and email. But there are also other tasks such as locating goods, informing customers about stock balances, invoicing, and managing EDI orders, which are digital orders from customers. As an inside sales representative, one juggles multiple projects simultaneously and assists customers with technical queries about environmental classifications, assembly methods, and much more. We also perform quantity take-offs from blueprints, calculating the amount of material needed for projects.
Assembler Service poles
The assemblers in the Service pole department typically build the entire product from scratch. They cut aluminum, assemble the various components required for the rod, then proceed to assemble, test-run, and pack it for delivery.
Maintenance technician
In the maintenance department, there's constant evolution. Tasks range from repairing machines during breakdowns to building entire production cells or even a small fixture for a welding robot that needs adjustment. The maintenance department boasts a new, fine workshop spanning 300 square meters, making the work easier. Additionally, the department is responsible for maintaining the machinery park.

Torbjörn Hägg
Torbjörn Hägg has been a loyal employee of MP bolagen since 1998, and his position is of great importance to the company as he holds the role, Head of Finance and HR. For Torbjörn, the main advantage of working at MP bolagen is that the company is a safe, stable and long-term employer that also takes a significant social responsibility in Vetlanda municipality.
In his free time, Torbjörn enjoys life, especially when it comes to good food and drink. He has a passionate interest in football and follows his favorite team, Arsenal with great devotion. When it comes to travel, Edinburgh, Scotland is a place that Torbjörn likes to visit. Musically, he currently has a favorite song Enter Sandman by Metallica.
But one of the most personal things for Torbjörn is his whiskey glas, which reflects his strong interest in exploring the world of whiskey. He is also chairman of the local whiskey club, which shows his commitment and passion for this enjoyable hobby.
Emma Sixtensson
Since Emma Sixtensson was 16 years old, she worked extra during the school holidays at MP bolagen. When we were looking for an HR administrator, we got a familiar face among the applications. Emma is responsible for salary administration and supports in HR matters. It is difficult to describe the family feeling at MP bolagen, she says "stay within our walls for a few hours and you will understand".
In her spare time, she likes to exercise, but mainly she prefers to spend time with family and friends. Emma is the one who can't sit still when a good comes on, Avicii with Wake me up is a good example.
Dream scenario is to ski in Norway in the winter and go somewhere warm as a trip sometime during the rest of the year.. The kettlebell is one of the most versatile tools for training, and training in all its forms comes naturally to Emma. While becoming strong herself, she helps others by being an instructor at the gym.
